Hey everyone, I’ve been wanting to be more aware of my emotions and thought patterns but don’t really know where to start. I’ve heard about apps that help with self-awareness and reflection, but I’m not sure which one is reliable and easy to use. Does anyone have suggestions on what might be a good starting point?
