Our bariatric surgery clinic relies a lot on referrals, but lately, we've seen a slowdown in new patient inquiries. We’ve tried some local print ads, but they don’t seem to bring in much. I'm wondering what’s the best digital marketing strategy for this type of specialized medical service.

I’m not a big fan of full beards, but I do like the idea of having some facial hair for character. I was thinking about trying a pencil mustache because it looks neat and vintage. Does it take a lot of upkeep, and can it work with a more modern wardrobe, or does it always look old-fashioned?
